Christmas Lights Screen Shots
This free screensaver features 40 images taken in the annual "Miracle of Christmas" light display in Keizer, Oregon. This screensaver was made using ScreensaverMaker 1.83 and is available with or without audio, and optimized for three different screen resolutions: 640 x 480, 800 x 600, and 1024 x 768. The audio version of the screensaver includes an instrumental rendition of "What child is this?" (also known as "Greensleeves".)
This screen shot shows the monitor when the image fills the screen, regardless of the screen resolution. (This screensaver does not "size down" the image, so be sure and choose a resolution equal to or smaller than the resolution you are running on your computer.)
Over 3 miles long, the annual "Miracle of Christmas" light display in Keizer Oregon attracts visitors from all over the state, and beyond. Residents of this community decorate their homes and yards to celebrate the season with symbols of Christmas, both religious and secular. Every year in December, the streets in this neighborhood glow with thousands upon thousands of clear and colored lights.
This screen shot shows the monitor when the screensaver is 640 x 480 on a screen with a resolution of 800 x 600. The image would be the same for the 800 x 600 screensaver displayed on a screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768.
The screen shot below shows the settings window accessible from Windows' Display Properties. (If you select a screensaver without audio, the "Music" button will not appear.)
Here you can customize the settings for your computer: control the duration of the effects, enable and disable individual transition effects, select "Enlarge to fit" for full screen display, etc. To learn more about the "Miracle of Christmas" light display, you can click on the "Readme" tab.
The Call Of The Wild Photo logo is displayed in the lower right hand corner of each image. However, the semi-transparent logo is subtle and unobtrusive. The Christmas Lights screensaver is free, without an expiration date and without "nag tag" advertising. This free screensaver may be installed both at home and at work.
