Looking Down On Sahalie Falls, McKenzie River
Copyright © 2007 Call Of The Wild
One of many beautiful waterfalls on the McKenzie River, Sahalie Falls is the tallest at 100 feet. Notice the water flows in two segments, separated by volcanic rock. The waterfall is most impressive in the Spring when the river is swollen with melted snow and the water tumbling down has a turquoise color cast in the shadows.
