Return & Refund Policies
Due to the nature of the media, electronically transmitted images cannot be "returned" under any circumstances.
Defective or damaged CD-ROMs may be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase provided an RMA number has been obtained. To obtain an RMA, send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and include your invoice number. Please also state if the item is defective, or damaged in transit.
Refunds: Call Of The Wild has a "NO REFUND" policy for all digital images, whether purchased on CD-ROM or obtained by Electronic Transfer (Email attachment, file download, etc.)
Limited edition prints, and any prints shipped to Canada, may not be returned.
Open edition prints shipped to USA may be returned after obtaining an RMA number.
To return an open edition print, contact Call of the Wild Photo within two weeks of receiving your print order. Please state why you wish to return the print. You will then be issued an RMA number, which will be emailed to you along with instructions for returning the print.
Prints must be returned with an RMA number to the address included with the return instructions to receive a refund. The print must be returned packaged in the manner originally shipped to you, and must be in perfect, resalable condition.
Refunds: Approved returns will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned print. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are issued within two weeks of receipt of the returned product, and will appear as a credit on the credit card you used for the original purchase, no exceptions.
Commercial Images Upgrade Policy
Commercial License Royalty Free images may be "Upgraded" to a larger size. For example, should you purchase a smaller image for use on your website, then find you want a larger version of the image for your new brochure, you may purchase the larger image by paying the difference between the two.
The easiest way to upgrade your Commercial License image is to call Customer Service at 541-525-9019, weekdays, between 9:00am and 5:30pm (Pacific Time). You will need your original invoice number and your credit card handy. You may also contact Customer Service via email (email@example.com). However, we do not recommend you send sensitive credit card info via email as it is not secure.
