Q. I ordered a sweatshirt that is too small. How do I exchange it for a larger size?
A. Simply visit Returns and Exchanges. Tell us your name, the order number, which item(s) and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Be sure to select "I would like to exchange for another identical item." on the form, then click on the "Submit" button to send your exchange request to us by email. We will reply to the email with an RMA number and instructions on how to send the items back to us for exchange.
Q. What are the details of your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
A. We know it's difficult to buy products online that you can't touch, feel or try on ("Did I buy the right size? the right color?"). If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. Simply visit Returns and Exchanges. Tell us your name, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with an RMA number and instructions on how to send the items back to us. (Shipping Charges are not refundable.)
Q. What is the printing process used?
A. We use either a digital transfer process or a dye sublimation printing process, depending upon the product. For example, digital transfer is used to print the photos on apparel, while the dye sublimation process is used on the ceramic mugs. These processes are similar in quality to screen printing, but without image cracking, peeling or fading.
Q. Why do you only offer apparel in white or ash grey?
A. The digital transfer process used to print on fabric does not use opaque inks. These translucent inks allow the color of the fabric to affect the colors in the image. (Red ink printed on a yellow shirt becomes slightly red-orange.) This is unacceptable in a photographic image.
